Contact Bio Main Menu Strategies for Teaching Arts in Residence The STAR Programme is an education concept that focuses on building partnerships between artists and diverse communities. The projects developed promote work of a scope and with an appeal that cross national and cultural boundaries. The STAR concept merges the arts, activism and the public sphere into a working component that produces specific projects in response to specific needs. A commitment to broadening the pool of collaborators and audience base through community outreach fosters integration of non-established audiences, spaces and artists.
